Return Policy: All products are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a defect from the store. All conditions are explained below: The consumer has no right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. Return policy in case of a defect from the store: 1- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained any benefit from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning to ensure its condition. 2- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in case of international return, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company, and if there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
